Driver referral bounty
Refer a driver. Earn $250 when they are seated.
Drivers know who is looking. Carriers pay us a placement fee when a referred driver is hired, and we pass $250 of it to the person who sent them. It pays on a seated driver, not on a sign-up, so there are no games and no waiting on a bonus that never arrives.
Who can refer
Any driver with a CDL Schools USA driver profile. Your referral link and code are on the confirmation screen after you send your profile, and in the email we send you.
What counts as a referral
A driver who creates a profile through your link or enters your code, has never had a profile with us before, and consents to being routed to hiring partners.
When it pays
When a hiring partner confirms the referred driver has been seated, has completed orientation, and the partner has paid CDL Schools USA its placement fee. Most carriers confirm 30 to 45 days after the start date.
How much
$250 per seated driver, paid by bank transfer or PayPal within 14 days of the partner paying us. There is no cap on the number of drivers you can refer.
What does not pay
A sign-up alone, a driver who is not hired, a driver hired outside our hiring partners, a driver who is not new to us, or a placement the partner later reverses inside its guarantee period.
Honesty
Do not tell a driver that a job, a pay rate or a home-time schedule is guaranteed. Carriers set those, not us, and a referral made on a false promise is not paid.
Your details
We keep your name, email and payout details for as long as you have referrals in progress, and we never share them with the carrier.
