Our Trip Planner tool collects and stores information about your trips, routes, expenses, and vehicles. This data is used to provide trip planning features, generate tax reports, and improve our services.
GPS & Location Data

Trip data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

Our Trip Planner generates reports that comply with IRS Publication 463 guidelines for mileage deduction recordkeeping. We recommend keeping your own backup records as required by the IRS.
