  1. 01Bystander Intervention Purpose and Chicago Requirement

    15 min

Welcome to Chicago Bystander Intervention Training. This one-hour course is designed for employees and supervisors who must complete Chicago's separate annual bystander-intervention training requirement. You will complete four fifteen-minute modules. Each module includes engagement checkpoints and a two-question knowledge check. At the end, you will take a ten-question final assessment before completion is recorded. This course focuses on safe bystander intervention. It does not replace the separate sexual-harassment-prevention course required for employees or the two-hour supervisor course required for managers.
