  1. 01Chicago and Illinois Prevention Framework

    15 min

Welcome to Chicago Sexual Harassment Prevention employee training. This one-hour course is designed for employees who perform work in Chicago and need annual harassment-prevention training that aligns with Illinois minimum standards and the Chicago Human Rights Ordinance. You will complete four fifteen-minute modules. Each module includes engagement checkpoints and a two-question knowledge check. At the end, you will take a ten-question final assessment before completion is recorded. This course covers the sexual-harassment-prevention portion only. Chicago also requires separate one-hour bystander intervention training annually, and supervisors or managers need two hours of harassment-prevention training.
