How do I verify a CDL Schools USA certificate?

Where do I find the certificate ID?
It is printed on the certificate itself, under the completion date, and it appears in the email sent when the course was finished. IDs are short and begin with letters that identify the course, for example LBS-MUQCUCXX.
What does it mean if an ID does not verify?
Either the certificate was not issued by CDL Schools USA, or the ID was mistyped. Check it character by character first, since letters and digits are easy to confuse. A document that looks correct but does not verify here is worth taking seriously.
Can an employer check a certificate without an account?
Yes. Verification is public and free. The certificate ID is the credential, so anyone holding it can confirm the course, the holder and the completion date in a few seconds.
